Do we need to already have clean data to work with you?

No. Data cleanup and pipeline work is often part of the engagement. We'll assess what you have during the discovery phase and scope any data work explicitly, so there are no surprises.

What happens after launch — do you disappear?

Every plan includes a post-launch support window (30–180 days depending on plan), and most clients move to a lightweight monthly retainer afterward for monitoring, updates, and improvements.

Can you work with our existing tech stack?

Yes — we integrate with your existing tools (CRM, ERP, support platforms, databases) rather than requiring a rip-and-replace. If a new tool genuinely serves you better, we'll say so, but that's rare.

Your data stays within your existing infrastructure wherever possible. We follow least-privilege access practices, sign NDAs and DPAs as needed, and can work within HIPAA or SOC 2-aligned requirements for regulated industries.

Yes. Most clients start with a single Starter or Growth engagement and expand scope once the first system proves out. We'll requote the additional scope rather than renegotiate what's already been delivered.
